- AddediPhone and iPad visitors now get a friendly install prompt — a small banner that walks you through adding RideByWeather to your Home Screen (Share → Add to Home Screen) for full-screen rides and one-tap access. It won't nag: dismiss it once and it stays away for 30 days, and it never shows if you've already installed the app.

- FixedYour screen now reliably stays on during a ride. The Android app previously couldn't keep the display awake at all (the fix only worked in the browser) — it now uses the phone's native keep-screen-on setting while recording. On iPhone, if the screen-wake request is blocked (e.g. Low Power Mode or an older iOS), the app now falls back to a hidden-video trick and keeps retrying, instead of silently letting the screen lock.

- ChangedWhen you share your Ride Score, the link now shows a rich preview card — your score, rating, and city — in texts, WhatsApp, and social apps, instead of a plain link. Friends who tap it land on a page that shows your score and lets them check their own, no account needed.

- FixedCurrent temperature is now more accurate. The app was sometimes showing a too-cool, rainy reading from a backup weather source whose forecast disagreed with reality — e.g. 77°F and rain during a 90°F heat wave. It now leads with the weather model that best matches local conditions for your area, and only falls back to the others if that source is unavailable.

- AddedNew Crash & Incident Report tool (under Tools → Safety & air). If you're hit by a car, doored, or have a close call, tap one button to capture the exact time, your GPS location, and the weather at that spot — then add photos and a link to any camera footage. You get a clean, printable report to save as a PDF or share with police and insurance. Photos stay on your device; nothing is uploaded.

- FixedThe Ride Score no longer reads "GREAT" on dangerously hot or freezing days. A calm, dry day at 95°F+ used to score top marks because temperature was only a fifth of the calculation — now extreme heat or cold caps the score based on how it actually feels (heat index / wind chill).
